Even Though Pizza Hut has informed customers about their breach, it was too late which triggered few of the customers to tweet against the firm. The tweets stated that there is no use of notifying after letting the personal information leak now, which has occurred two weeks ago.

According to reports, a Pizza Hut call center has confirmed that the breach is believed to have affected around 60,000 customers. Pizza Hut has previously suffered from a breach in 2012 in which hackers stole payment card details of 240,000 customers. A Pizza Hut spokesman said that “ Pizza Hut takes the information security of our customers very seriously and invests in resources to protect the customer information in our care. We value the trust our customer's place in us, regret that this happened, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.” We kindly advice to monitor your bank account transactions consistently.
